2011年毕业于北京大学医学部生物化学与分子生物学专业,获得理学博士学位;2011至2014年北京大学博士后;2014年9月至今,在北京师范大学生命科学学院任职。主要研究方向为mRNA修饰介导的基因转录后调控。主持国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金和北京师范大学青年教师基金等科研项目。承担本科生《生物化学A》、《生物技术概论》和《生物技术大实验》等课程。目前担任2016级和2017级励耘班辅导员。
RNA修饰是表观转录调控的重要方面。人们发现真核生物的mRNA和ncRNA中都存在大量的m6A和m5C修饰,这些修饰方式在转录后调控过程中(如mRNA前体剪切、mRNA降解及翻译等)中发挥重要作用。本实验室主要利用生物化学、分子生物学、质谱分析、生物信息学等多种研究手段,通过体外实验和条件敲除小鼠分别从细胞和整体两个层面深入探讨介导mRNA基化修饰的RNA甲基转移酶及RNA结合蛋白参与转录后调控的分子机制及其在肿瘤发生,脂质代谢,应激等生物学过程中的功能。
