内蒙古呼伦贝尔市人。2009年保送进入中国科学院动物研究所(干细胞与生殖生物学国家重点实验室)硕博连读,导师为我国著名生殖生物学家刘以训院士,2014年博士毕业后留所先后任助理研究员和副研究员。2019年入职北京师范大学生命科学学院,任副教授、博士生导师、课题组长,研究方向为精子生物学和男性不育遗传学,2024年晋升教授。学术成果以通讯作者(含共同)发表在Protein Cell, Human Reproduction Update, Science Advances, eBioMedicine, Cell Reports, eLife, Human Reproduction和Development等国际主流学术期刊上。曾入选第二届中国科协“青年人才托举工程”,获第五届全国妇幼健康科学技术奖自然科学二等奖(第一完成人)和北京师范大学优秀博士学位论文指导教师等荣誉,受聘为全国研究生教育评估监测专家库专家和多项基金评审专家。讲授本科生《遗传学实验》、《生殖的奥秘—生殖生物学与医学》、《带你了解遗传病—医学遗传学》和研究生《生殖生物学与医学》等课程,获北京师范大学课程思政建设优秀课程和优秀新生导师等荣誉,所指导的研究生多人次获国家奖学金和北京市优秀毕业生。
精子生物学:利用多种基因编辑动物模型研究精子变形过程;与合作者解析精子结构的高分辨率原位结构;将原位结构生物学与基因编辑动物模型相结合,揭示精子运动缺陷背后的结构基础。
男性不育遗传学:利用临床男性不育患者样本开展全外显子测序,发掘致病基因变异;应用电镜等高分辨率成像技术研究精子结构缺陷;构建疾病相关动物模型深入揭示发病机理。
