植物如同动物一样,具备强大的天然免疫系统。在植物免疫系统中,免疫受体、蛋白激酶等在多个层次上发挥调控作用,保证免疫信号的正确输出及传递;而植物抗性代谢物等生物活性分子直接作用于病原菌,发挥防御作用。
本课题组的主要研究方向是植物与病原微生物的互作。一方面,以拟南芥与根肿菌互作为研究体系,综合运用生物化学、细胞生物学以及遗传学等方法,系统地解析植物根部的免疫作用机制;另一方面,利用化学蛋白质组学、计算生物学以及分子生物学等多学科交叉的方法,挖掘植物中的新型诱抗/抗性代谢物,探寻其作用靶点并解析作用机制,同时开展应用研究,致力于新型植物生长调节剂的开发。
